====== Contact History Page ====== The Contact History page will display all the contact that has been made to the selected club only or by using the toggle button the user can display the contact history for all clubs. {{ :contact_history.png |}} Information can not be changed in this page. The fields are explained as follows: - //**Date**// : This is the date of the contact item - //**Subject**// : Relates only to the subject of letters sent not emails - //**Actioned By**// : Who made the contact - //**Action**// : Denotes whether it is a letter or group email - //**Club Name**// : Only relative to letters - //**Frequency**// : Advertising frequency. - //**Cost**// : Advertising cost. - //**Contact Name**//: Name of the contact the correspondence has been sent to, if it is a group email entry then it will state the name of the group. - //**Document Location**//: Where the letter for the entry has been saved to. The user can double click this and view the letter. - //**Comments**// : Any comments entered for the advert entry. - //**Email Sent Status**//: This is status that the application states for the email.
