====== Club Details Page ====== Club details can be accessed in 2 ways depending on what action is required. To edit the details of an existing club double click the required club from the Search Page and the club details screen will automatically appear populated with the club information. Additional contacts for the club can be added when the club has been created and saved. {{ :existing_club_details.png?800 |}} To add a new club select the "**Add Club**" option from the Search Page and the Club details page will be displayed for user input. The fields for the club details are as follows: - //Transactor ID// : This field will store multiple IDs and should be separated by a comma. e.g. 1234567L,788944K. - //Club Name// : The name of the club, which can be a mix of alpha or numeric characters. - //Club Type// : Select the type from the pre-existing types. If other types need to be added to the system please contact the application administrator. - //Contact Name// : Name of the main contact for the club, this will be used for any letters sent to the club as explained in [[adverts|Advertising Page]] - //Position// :Position held in the club for the main contact. - //E-Mail// : Email address of the main contact. When saved this field can be clicked by the user to bring up an email to this contact. - //Contact Number// : Contact number for the main contact. - //Address// : The address of the club or main contact where all correspondence letters will be sent. - //DDI// : Direct Dial In. - //TGSL Source// : ID field. - //Membership Total// : The number of members within the club. - //Club website// : Enter the website of the club. When saved this field can be clicked and the club's web site will be launched in the users default web browser. - //Forum Username// : Self explanatory - //Forum Password// : Self explanatory. - //Comments// : Any comments about the club - //Active Account// : This can be set or unset and is used to filter on the search page. When the new club details have been entered, select the save option, this will save the details and return the user to the [[search|Search Page]]
