====== Administrator Page ====== The administrator page is only visible & accessible to user with administrator user role. Here the administrator can maintain the system used configuration. {{ :admin_page.png?800 |}} ===== Stationary ===== - Set the name of the letter template used for advertising - Location of the letter template - Set central location for document repository where the letter will automatically be saved to. ===== User Management ===== To add a new user, select the option below the user table, enter a user name and a password and then complete the following fields: * First Name * Surname * Position * Telephone * email address * Role * Active - check this to activate the account, uncheck to set the account as deactivated. The user can toggle the view to see only active users or all users. Change users passwords. ===== Club Types ===== Used on the [[clubdetails|Club Details Page]] drop down box. These types can only be added by the administrator Save the settings by selecting the "**Save Settings**" option at the bottom of the page ===== Club Details Import ===== This is currently for developers use only!
