====== Administrator Page ====== The administrator page is only visible and accessible to an administrator user. Here the administrator can maintain the application's configuration. {{ :admin_page.png?800 |}} ===== Stationary ===== - Set the name of the letter template used for advertising - Location of the letter template - Set central location for document repository where the letter will automatically be saved to. ===== User Management ===== To add a new user, select the option below the user table, enter a user name and a password and then complete the following fields: * First Name * Surname * Position * Telephone * email address * Role * Active - check this to activate the account, uncheck to set the account as deactivated. To edit a users details select the user in the list and change the details as required. To reset a users password use the Change Password option. Select the user in the list and then hit the Change Password button. A prompt to enter the users new password will be displayed. Through the use of the Toggle switch the user can filter the user list to view only active users or all users. ===== Club Types ===== Used on the [[clubdetails|Club Details Page]] drop down box. These types can only be added by the administrator NOTE: Any changes made on this page will ONLY be saved when the "**Save Settings**" option at the bottom of the page is selected, otherwise changes will be discarded when the application is exited. ===== Club Details Import ===== This is currently for developers use only!
