====== Event Diary Page ====== The event diary gives the user the ability to add an event into the calendar just the same as if it was outlook. The user can change the view of the main calendar to see the calendar in a daily/weekly or monthly view by selecting from the options on the left of the main calendar. {{:eventdiary.png|}} ====== Creating a new calendar entry ====== A new entry is created by double clicking on the day the event is to occur on the calendar. The appointment information is displayed for the user to enter: {{:new_appointment.png?500|}} This appointment can be set as a single occurrence or select "**Recurrence**" and complete as required. As stated on the [[search|Search Page]] the upcoming events section will show events for a 30 day period.
