====== Email Page ====== On this page the user has the ability to create emails to send to clubs. There is also the ability to create email distribution groups that can be used by other users of the application. {{:email.png?800|}} ====== Creating a new email group ====== To create a new group: - Select the new group option - Enter a name for the new group - Then find the email address to add to the group in the left hand table. - Select the email address(es) using the tick boxes provided and select the "**Add to Group**" option - Repeat steps 3 & 4 until all emails have been added. - Remember to select the "**Save Group**" option to save the new group before sending an email. {{:new_email.png|}} ====== Change an existing email group ====== To modify an existing group: - Select the group required from the drop down box provided, this will display the emails currently in that group - Select the Edit group option - use the Add To and Remove From commands to adjust the emails in the group - Remember to select the "**Save Group**" option to save any changes to the group before sending an email. ====== Sending an email ====== - Select the group required - Select the "**Create Email**" option An email in a Outlook Email dialog will appear and the names of the recipients will be automatically populated in the BCC field.
