====== Advertising Page ====== This page is used for entering any information on advertising and the generation of letters. Select the club from the search results and select the "Add Advert" from the [[search|Search Page]]. The details for the club will be entered leaving just the following fields to complete: - //Frequency// - How often the advert is to appear - //Cost// - Cost of the advertising - //Use Different address// - Check this if you want the letter to be sent to a different address & enter the address details below otherwise leave blank. - //Comments// - Add any comments. - Now select the "**Create Letter**" option. - Enter a subject for the letter when prompted. The application is set to use a generic template and will auto populate the letter with the name, address, date & subject. It will also generate a file name and automatically save it to the document repository that is set within the applications Administration Page. Once the letter has been completed select the "Save" option and this will update the contact history with the relevant information. {{:advertising.png|}}
